The Warehouseman is responsible for the proper receiving, checking, storing, organizing, releasing, and monitoring of company inventory. The position ensures that gadgets, electronics, computer equipment, accessories, and other merchandise are properly handled and accurately accounted for while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse.
Receive and inspect incoming products, supplies, and merchandise.
Verify quantities, item descriptions, serial numbers, and product conditions against delivery receipts and purchase documents.
Properly label, sort, and store products in their designated locations.
Prepare and release stocks for branches, customers, deliveries, or other authorized requests.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
Ensure that all inventory movements are properly recorded and documented.
Monitor stocks and immediately report discrepancies, damages, missing items, or irregularities.
Handle gadgets, laptops, mobile phones, computer parts, accessories, and other electronic products with care.
Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Assist in loading and unloading deliveries and transferring stocks between locations.
High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or stockroom experience is an advantage.
Experience handling gadgets, mobile phones, laptops, computer parts, accessories, or electronics is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving boxes or merchandise.
Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and documentation.
Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, are preferred.
Detail-oriented and able to accurately count and verify items.
Organized, responsible, and trustworthy.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required.
