RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document Preparation Use standard office software to carry out basic formatting on letters, memoranda and routine reports.
- Incoming Goods Deliver simple warehouse and store tasks to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded following established procedures.
- Inventory Perform simple inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records following established inventory control procedures.
- Operating Machine or Equipment Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.
- Outgoing goods Complete routine packaging tasks and assist others by following established procedures under supervision.
- Transport Transport goods and supplies on site, or to other sites, or to customers, working within established procedures to ensure on-time delivery of goods and supplies.
- Health, Safety and Environment Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
- Operational Compliance Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Personal Capability Building Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Work Scheduling and Allocation Organize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities.
