Job summary

Century Limitless Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Project Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities for construction projects, ensuring proper delegation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or equivalent, with strong warehousing experience, good communication, and readiness to be assigned to General Trias, Cavite or Bay, Laguna.

• Oversee and delegate tasks for the entire project warehouse operations.

• Ensure strict quality control and inspection of all delivered materials.
• Monitor personnel and activities per project site and ensure good warehousing practices.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage and oversee the entire Project Warehouse Operations and ensure all task are properly delegated to each team member.
• To act as the custodian of project housing materials and ensure that all transactions of the project assignment are properly recorded, monitored, and accounted for.
• To ensure Quality Control and Inspection of all delivered materials are strictly followed and maintained.
• To monitor all personnel and activities related to Warehouse Operations based on the assigned project site and to ensure implementation of good warehousing practices.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong background and experience in Warehousing and Control of Construction materials.
• Preferably with similar experience in Real Estate Construction.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be resourceful, honest, with initiatives, and hardworking.
• Can handle multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite or Bay, Laguna.
