Job summary

Century Limitless Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Project Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities for construction projects, ensuring proper delegation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or equivalent, with strong warehousing experience, good communication, and readiness to be assigned to General Trias, Cavite or Bay, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong background in warehousing and control of construction materials.
• Experience in real estate construction preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Be resourceful, honest, with initiative and hardworking.
• Capable of multitasking with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite or Bay, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and delegate tasks for the entire project warehouse operations.
• Custodian of project housing materials and ensure proper recording, monitoring and accounting of transactions.
• Ensure strict quality control and inspection of all delivered materials.
• Monitor personnel and activities per project site and ensure good warehousing practices.
