Job summary

Solenergy Systems Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at the project site, including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and returns.

You will ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and project teams, and enforce safety and housekeeping standards. The role requires meticulous attention to stock movements, regular counts, and timely reporting to support project turnover and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Identify, tag, store, preserve materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Construction, Engineering on deliveries.
• Verify quantities and documents against POs, delivery receipts and MRs.
• Monitor stock levels and assist forecasting and replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with system records.
• Control material issuance based on approved requests with supporting docs.
• Enforce warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, and access control.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports and assist closeout activities.

About the role

Supervise daily warehouse operations at the assigned project site, including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and return of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating of stock movements, receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns




• Ensure proper identification, tagging, segregation, storage, preservation, and housekeeping of materials and equipment




• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Construction, Engineering, and other project teams regarding material deliveries and requirements




• Verify delivered quantities and supporting documents against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and approved material requests




• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages/excesses, and support material forecasting and replenishment planning




• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stocks against system and warehouse records




• Control material issuance based on approved requests and maintain complete supporting documentation




• Implement warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, and access-control procedures; report damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials




• Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports and support project closeout, material turnover, and reconciliation activities
