Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, dispatch and assure quality of goods.
• Measure and report effectiveness of warehousing activities and staff performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Coach and communicate job expectations to employees.
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
• Maintain records and reports for warehouse status.
• Identify areas for improvement and adjust procedures.
