Job summary

Seaquest Logistics, Inc. in Davao City is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.

You will ensure operational accuracy, safety compliance, and effective coordination with logistics teams to support a smooth supply chain. The ideal candidate holds a four-year degree (preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain) and has at least one year of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields).
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stock-taking.
• Monitor workflow to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Address and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies.
