Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc. in Cebu is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations covering raw materials, packaging, and spare parts. You will plan, organize, and control activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy in stock handling.

The role requires a five-year supervisory background in operations, solid leadership, and the ability to coordinate with facilities engineers and third-party providers. Willing to be based in Danao City, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field with background in Operations Management.
• Must be at least five (5) years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehouse.
• Strong leadership skills, integrity, and ability to build good working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, sound decision‑making, and high stress tolerance.
• Willing to be assigned in Danao City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling day-to-day warehouse operations covering raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
• Overseeing and directing warehouse activities to ensure efficient and smooth operation.
• Coordinating with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and third-party service providers to maintain cold and dry storage areas, material-handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities in good condition.
• Monitoring stock aging and proactively flag near-expiry or slow-moving items for timely and appropriate disposition.
• Ensuring strict compliance with prescribed procedures for receiving, handling, and storing raw and packaging material.
