Job summary

Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy and oversee all warehouse activities in Iloilo. The role focuses on managing receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials while enforcing safety standards and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Warehousing and Logistics or any related field
• With at least four (2) years of related working experience
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applicationsand data entry software.
• Willing to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensures inventory accuracy through regular stock monitoring, physical counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Monitors material availability, deliveries, and issuance requests in coordination with Materials Control and Purchasing.
• Ensures proper warehouse layout, material handling, housekeeping, and compliance with safety standards.
• Supervises warehouse personnel, assigns workloads, conducts performance evaluations, and provides training and coaching.
• Manages warehouse tools, equipment, and third‑party hauling services, including utilization and preventive maintenance.
• Monitors warehouse expenses, prepares budget reports, and ensures proper liquidation of operational expenses.
• Maintains accurate warehouse records, reports, and documentation of all transactions.
• Conducts toolbox meetings and implements workplace safety programs and procedures.
• Performs other warehouse‑related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
