Job summary

A leading supplier of office products in Iloilo City is seeking an Inventory Warehouse Staff member to manage stock and inventory effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring a safe working environment. Candidates with prior experience in warehouse operations and strong organizational skills are preferred. Flexible working hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in warehouse management is an advantage.
• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Accurately record stock levels in the inventory management system.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Prepare and package orders for dispatch based on requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments.
