Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate warehouse workers and team members.
• Experience with warehouse management software or related systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Manage a team of warehouse workers and coordinate shift coverage.
• Plan inventory and perform quality assurance to minimize discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of their assigned warehouse located in Cavite, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed correctly. As a full-time role, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers, inventory planning, and quality assurance, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate or equivalent work experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage warehouse workers and team members
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems
• Knowledge of local and national laws related to warehouse operations and logistics
• Able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Willing to work in Dasma - Cavite.
