Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operation in a warehouse
• Supervise loading and unloading operations
• Supervise forklift and pallet jack operations
• Check and verify materials in the warehouse periodically
• Maintain records of equipment, materials, and products
• Prepare warehouse employee monthly schedule
• Monitor storage availability and occupancy
• Monitor the number of pallets
• Advise warehousemen and checkers regarding incoming and outgoing transactions
• Monitor the number of manpower needed in the warehouse
• Recommend disciplinary action to warehousemen and checkers with work and attitude problems
• Attend to customers’ complaints and demands and report to Customer Service; converse with customer representatives or managers regarding their incoming and outgoing schedule of products
• Submit a variance report to the General Manager regarding unlocated items and variances
• Conduct monthly meetings and as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned in the exigency of service

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s/College Degree, Logistics/Business Administration/Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field
• Preferably with supervisory experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Must be honest, trustworthy, dependable, fast learner, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Applicants must be willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
