Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and staff supervision.

The role involves coordinating deliveries, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient warehouse performance. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Accountancy (or equivalent), 3–5 years’ related experience, and SAP familiarity is a plus.

• Experience in coordinating daily warehouse operations and personnel.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse systems.
• Background in SAP is a plus.

Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers
• Must be willing to work with non-compressed schedule (6 days a week), including 12-hour and shifting schedules
• Knowledge in inventory and warehouse management
• Willing to be assigned at Zone 6, Barangay Poblacion, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor Science in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy or equivalent
