Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in San Pablo, Philippines, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, from truck booking and receiving to delivery, POD processing, and returns in compliance with GSDP/GDPMDD guidelines.

You will lead a small platform team, ensure on-time reporting, optimize dispatch and transport planning, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in warehouse operations/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching accuracy.
• Number of drops per truck.
• Coordinates with vendor supervisor.
• Monitor operating expense vs budget (truck budget, vendor headcount).
• Performance review and training of platform personnel and last-mile forwarder.
• Timeliness and accuracy of reports vs timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and facilities at the platform.
• Cooperate with Engineering to maintain the site.
• Schedule annual refresher trainings for third-party service providers.

Purpose of The Role: The Platform Supervisor is responsible for overall day to day operations by overseeing activities from truck booking, receiving, transport planning , delivery of orders to customers, proof of delivery processing, collection, RUD and trade returns processing at Platform aligned to the company mission, vision and core values to ensure achievement of customer fulfillment and service objectives of the company and in compliance with current Quality Management System, RQA on Good Storage and Distribution Practices, RQA on Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices and Diagnostics, and other Regional Guidelines

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatching Accuracy
• No of Drops per truck
• Coordinates with vendor supervisor
• Operating Expense Efficiency (Actual expense versus budget) truck budget, Vendor Head count.
• Performance Review of Platform Personnel,Training of Platform Personnel Lastmile forwarder, and Vendor.
• Timeliness and accuracy of reports vs agreed timelines.
• cleanliness of the platform and its facilities are properly maintained
• facility is properly maintained by closely working with the Engineering department.
• Conducts necessary orientations and trainings to third-party service providers by scheduling annual refresher courses to reiterate proper handling and preservation of stocks from receipt to delivery of orders to customers.
