Crown Supply Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Officer with 1-2 years' experience and a diploma. The role is on-site and requires strong organizational skills.

This is a full-time position with government-mandated benefits including 13th month pay and health coverage via HMO. You will direct and coordinate warehouse operations, monitor space utilization, supervise team leaders, and ensure timely delivery schedules while maintaining high standards of discipline and

Formación

• Bachelor’s/ College Degree required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Result oriented with great attention to detail.
• Trustworthy.
• Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned task of team leaders.
• Monitor proper utilization of space and housekeeping.
• Directly supervise subordinates in accordance with company policies on work assignment, performance development, motivation and enforcement of discipline using planning, leading organization and skills to ensure maximum output in line with company objectives.
• Capacity to manage urgent and critical situations.
• Identify and monitor to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
