Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including QA, inventory control, space management, logistics, and shipping.
• Oversee warehouse team scheduling and flow to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop loss‑prevention plans.
• Oversee logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, coordinating with drivers and air partners.
