Job Description

1. Team Leadership
Schedules & Tasks: Coordinates daily shift schedules and assigns tasks to warehouse staff.
Training: Onboards new hires on safety, equipment, and standard operating procedures.
Performance: Monitors team productivity and coaches staff to meet daily output goals.
2. Operations & Inventory Control
Workflow: Manages the smooth flow of goods from incoming shipments to final dispatch.
Inventory Accuracy: Leads regular inventory counts and resolves any stock discrepancies.
Space Management: Organizes the warehouse layout to maximize storage and efficiency.
3. Safety & Compliance
Safety Enforcement: Ensures strict adherence to safety protocols (e.g., proper lifting, PPE, safe forklift operation).
Maintenance: Oversees daily equipment checks and maintains a clean, organized work environment.

Job Qualifications

Experience 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
