Job summary

Scale-Link Automation, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a reliable Field Service Support / Warehouse Staff to manage warehouse operations and assist in field service activities, especially preventive maintenance and servicing of truck scales at customer sites.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, about 1 year of experience in warehouse or field service support, and the ability to lift tools and move materials. Willingness to travel and team work are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate; a technical course is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, field service support, or related role.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and documentation procedures.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move tools, equipment, and materials.
• Willing to assist in field service activities, including preventive maintenance of truck scales.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different project sites as needed.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and store materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper stock storage and prepare and release materials based on approved requests.
• Assist Field Service Technicians in the preventive maintenance (PMS), calibration, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of truck scales at customer sites.
• Prepare and transport tools, spare parts, and equipment required for truck scale service and maintenance activities.
• Help perform routine cleaning, inspection, and testing of truck scale components to ensure proper operation and compliance with company standards.
• Observe and follow all company safety procedures and customer site regulations while performing field service work.
• Perform other warehouse and service-related duties as assigned.
