Job Description

Warehouse staff are responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Receiving and inspecting incoming stock: Unpack, check, label, and store goods accurately to maintain inventory integrity and quality control.
• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Inventory management: Maintain accurate records, conduct regular audits, rotate stock, and report discrepancies or damages.
• Equipment operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery, performing daily inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
• Shipping and logistics support: Load and unload trucks, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with distributors or carriers.
• Safety and cleanliness: Follow health, safety, and quality standards, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
