Job summary

IBC International Builders Corporation is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant for our Pavia, Iloilo facility. This full-time role supports storage, handling, and distribution activities to meet project needs and customer requirements.

The position emphasizes accuracy in stock records, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. A degree and 1–2 years in warehousing, plus basic MS Office skills, are preferred as we support ongoing growth in construction materials logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–2 years in warehouse operations or inventory handling.
• Experience in construction materials is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environments preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against receipts and orders.
• Store and arrange items for easy identification and safe handling.
• Prepare and release materials per requisitions and issuance docs.
• Maintain stock records of receipts, issuances, returns, and transfers.
• Conduct regular inventory and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety compliance.
• Assist in loading/unloading and delivering materials to sites.
• Maintain organized warehouse documents and reports.
