Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in Imus, Cavite is seeking a Security Officer to monitor warehouse activities and perimeters around the clock. You will secure premises before opening and after closing, conduct roving checks, and help enforce safety and security policies across the store environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in security operations, knowledge of access control and incident reporting, and strong observation and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of security operations experience in corporate/industrial settings.
• Knowledge of security protocols, access control and incident reporting procedures.
• Strong observation, decision-making skills and alertness.

Responsibilities

• Conducts 24-hour monitoring and review of all happenings within the warehouse and perimeters.
• Secures the warehouse prior to opening and at closing.
• Roving surveillance in selling areas during store operations.
• Tracks and apprehends shoplifters and pilfering in accordance with guidelines.
• Implements safety and security measures per company policies.
• Reports infractions to Security Supervisor.
• Assists and enforces Lost & Found policy.
• Prepares and submits essential reports to Security Supervisor.
• Ensures fire exits, extinguishers and equipment are functional and unobstructed.
• Assists customers/employees in emergency evacuations.
• Conducts investigations as directed by Management.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.

• Conducts 24 hours monitoring and review of all happenings within the entire warehouse and perimeters from the security surveillance equipment.

• Responsible for securing the Warehouse prior to its opening and in closing at night.

• Stationed and conducts roving at the selling area during store operations.

• Tracks and apprehends shoplifters and employees pilfering in accordance with set guidelines.

• Responsible for the strict implementation of safety and security measures as mandated in company policies.

• Reports to Security Supervisor all infractions/ violations committed by employees and agency personnel against established rules & regulations of the company.

• To assist and enforce the Lost & Found policy of the company.

• Prepare and submit essential report to the Security Supervisor, any untoward incidents that occur during daily operation.

• To ensure that all fire exits, fire extinguishers and all other Fire equipment's are complete and working and must always free from any obstruction.

• To assist customers/employees in case of emergency evacuation.

• Conduct investigations as regulate by the Management.

• Other task that the management may direct from time to time.

Job qualification:
