Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a SAP Planner to manage warehouse transactions and inventory movements using SAP to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will coordinate with warehouse, inventory, logistics, and order management teams to support receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, dispatch, and inventory control.

You will monitor stock levels, ensure timely system transactions, generate operational reports, and contribute to continuous improvement to meet warehouse performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain functions.
• Strong experience in SAP, preferably in WM, EWM, MM, or related warehouse and inventory modules.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in system transactions and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, logistics, or third-party warehousing operations is an advantage.
