Job summary

Global Staff Recruitment Search, Inc. is seeking a Product Picker in Makati City to accurately locate, pick, and prepare products for packing and dispatch. You will use pick lists or handheld scanners and ensure correct quantities.

This in-person role requires physical stamina, basic health, and willingness to work rotating shifts. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, and candidate must start ASAP. Pay is ₱695 per day.

Qualifications

• SHS or Vocational Graduate required.
• Previous work exposure as Warehouse Checker/Packer/Picker is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Good health and fitness for manual labor.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
• Trainable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Based in Makati City and able to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Product Picker is responsible for accurately locating, picking, and preparing products based on orders or picking lists. The role ensures that the correct items and quantities are selected and properly prepared for packing or dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming deliveries and inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
• Unload, sort, and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
• Pick products according to customer orders using pick lists or handheld scanners.
• Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Label packages and prepare them for dispatch with the correct shipping documents.
• Process returns and inspect returned items for restocking or disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular stock counts and report inventory shortages or discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and barcode scanners.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

About you

• SHS or Vocational Graduate or Level.
• Previous work exposure as Warehouse Checker/Packer/Picker will be an advantage.
