Job summary

RTX is seeking an Industrial Engineer in the Philippines to analyze warehouse workflows and performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive efficiency improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques for reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and basic business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end warehouse workflows, operational data, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Conduct workload, manpower, and capacity analysis to optimize resource utilization and support current and future warehouse operational requirements.
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives using industrial engineering (IE) principles, process mapping, root cause analysis, and other structured problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, productivity metrics, and performance analyses to monitor results, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain and other cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, implement and sustain process improvements.
• Document and standardize workflows, work methods, and best practices to improve operational consistency, efficiency and scalability.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented improvements against established performance measures and recommend further actions to achieve operational goals.
