Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ME, IE, Logistics, or related field.
• Mechanical Engineering degree highly preferred; relevant license/certification a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and supervising large teams.
• Proven track record in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a large warehouse to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Oversee handling and storage of industrial sealing products (oil seals, gaskets, O-rings).
• Supervise and discipline warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and policy compliance.
• Align daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, proper stock organization, and warehouse housekeeping.
