What You Will Do

• Analyze end-to-end warehouse workflows, operational data, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.


• Conduct workload, manpower, and capacity analysis to optimize resource utilization and support current and future warehouse operational requirements.


• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives using industrial engineering (IE) principles, process mapping, root cause analysis, and other structured problem‑solving techniques.


• Develop and maintain operational reports, productivity metrics, and performance analyses to monitor results, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making.


• Collaborate with warehouse operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and sustain process improvements.


• Document and standardize workflows, work methods, and best practices to improve operational consistency, efficiency, and scalability.


• Track the effectiveness of implemented improvements against established performance measures and recommend further actions to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications We Prefer

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.


• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, process improvement, or a related field.


• Familiarity with industrial engineering and continuous improvement tools, such as process mapping, time‑and‑motion studies, root cause analysis, 5S, Lean, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping.


• Experience conducting productivity, workload, manpower, or capacity analysis.


• Exposure to SAP, warehouse management systems (WMS), Power BI, or other data visualization and reporting tools.


• Experience supporting process improvement projects and presenting findings or recommendations to stakeholders.
