Job summary

FS TECH PTE. LTD. is hiring for a warehouse role to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment in the Philippines.

You will perform receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure on-time order fulfillment and accurate records. The role requires adherence to SOPs and 6S standards and close teamwork. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse experience, a NITEC or higher in logistics, and strong communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher qualification, preferably in Logistics, SCM or related fields.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience; familiarity with inbound/outbound operations; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Team player with good communication skills and a responsible, detail-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow operational instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations in accordance with SOP and 6S standards to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle issues arising during order processing or delivery; elevate promptly when necessary and support resolution.
• Carry out receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities within required timelines.
• Maintain basic operational records and assist in data reporting as required.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain on-site 6S standards and support the supervisor in daily warehouse management activities.
