Job summary

STO Global Fast Express PH Group Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations in Pangasinan. You will supervise staff, monitor inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure accurate processing while maintaining safety and company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with branches, maintaining inventory accuracy, generating reports, and handling customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, courier or distribution operations.
• Experience supervising staff and daily branch operations.
• Preferably with work experience in the same industry such as courier/logistics companies.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with warehouse processes and inventory monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the distribution center and warehouse.
• Monitor receiving, sorting, dispatching, and releasing of courier parcels.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries.
• Supervise warehouse staff, riders, drivers, and branch personnel.
• Monitor parcel movement and resolve operational issues or delays.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of parcels and assets.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety within the warehouse and branch.
• Coordinate with other branches, dispatch teams and management regarding operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and standards.
• Handle customer or operational concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
