Job summary

Honest Machinery Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and coordinate receiving, storage, and delivery of goods.

You will lead warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least two years in a warehouse leadership position, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and proficiency with MS Office.

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
• Checking orders for customer inquiries
• Check items received in good conditions and accurate quantities according to packing list then report via e-mail
• Check items out by delivery receipts for accuracy
• Conduct inventory everyday if have enough staff according to company policy and by end of the year to avoid losses
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
