Job summary

Davao Citihardware, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, staging, order picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring on-time shipments and peak warehouse efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory role within warehouse or DC operations, proven leadership, and hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems. This on-site position requires flexibility for shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leading line staff, material handlers, or dispatch teams in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Solid 2+ years of direct experience in warehouse, distribution center (DC), or supply chain operations.
• Practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite), or inventory tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, staging, order picking, packing, and dispatch operations to ensure accurate, on‑time shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical stock against system records (WMS/ERP) to minimize shrink, damage, or discrepancy.
• Direct, schedule, and assign daily tasks to warehouse personnel; enforce 5S methodology, safety protocols, and proper equipment operation (e.g., forklifts).
• Identify bottlenecks in the distribution process and streamline material flow to increase warehouse throughput.
• Work closely with logistics, procurement, and transport teams to schedule deliveries and resolve fulfillment delays.
• Foster a high-performance culture by maintaining team discipline, resolving shift conflicts, and ensuring proper attendance.
• Swiftly resolve daily operational hiccups (e.g., damaged stock, delayed trucks, missing documentation) without stalling operations.
