Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking a logistics coordinator to ensure operational excellence by aligning with quality standards across our network.

You will manage daily production plans, coordinate with courier teams, branches, and shippers, and monitor documentation accuracy to enable on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (logistics preferred) and up to 1 year in logistics, with strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Graduate of any four year course preferably Logistic Management.
• Any four year business course.

Responsibilities

• Ensures execution of daily production plan by establishing priorities, monitoring hourly progress, revising schedules and reporting results of processing.
• Encodes and updates transactions immediately upon receipt of e-copy/pod form.
• Sends required billing attachments and pre-alerts to branches.
• Provides on-time feedback on documentation inquiries to internal and external customers.
• Coordinates daily with Courier Service Team, truckers and warehouse checkers on completeness and accuracy of documents received.
• Coordinates with shippers to resolve problematic transactions and retrieves pods/bls required by internal and external customers.
• Prepares RFA for wrong encoding, wrong measurement and any approved changes of information of transactions as requested by clients if required.
• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records for analysis of manpower utilization as well as records of supplies consumption
