Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate in the Philippines (Nueva Ecija, Santo Niño 1st). The role covers picking/packing, labeling, sorting, and inventory management.

You will handle goods receipt, storage, and dispatch coordination while maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper stock control. Requirements include at least 1 year in warehouse or logistics operations, ability to work in a team, and capability for physical/manual handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred; ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to start within short notice and adapt to warehouse duties.
• Capable of physical and manual handling duties and routine checks.

Responsibilities

• Picking/packing, labeling, sorting, loading/unloading.
• Receipt and storage of goods; manage inventories and maintain records.
• Perform regular checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Locating and moving stock for storage or shipment; coordinate dispatch and delivery.
• Operate forklift, reach truck and stacker; ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize housekeeping duties.
