Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure safety, compliance with policies, and efficient use of space and resources.

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control and order fulfillment, coach staff, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). A strong focus on teamwork, inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular inventories, and maintaining

• Managing warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources.
• Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement effective solutions.
• Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coach, Train and Discipline Warehouse Staff.
• Manage and Maintain inventory safety stock level.
• Insuring 5S are implemented
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensuring warehouse stock, structure and Equipment are properly maintain.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
