NURI OPC is seeking a Warehouseman in Metro Manila to manage receiving, storage, and release of goods. The role requires accuracy in inventory records, attention to expiry dates, and proper stock organization.

The candidate should be a high school graduate (or college level) with physical stamina and basic computer skills. Weekend or shift work may be required, with a focus on maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse.

Qualifications

About the role

The Warehouseman is responsible for receiving, checking, organizing, storing, and releasing products and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records. The position ensures that stocks are properly handled, stored safely, and available for store operations and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries of food products, beverages, packaging materials, and other store supplies
• Check delivered items against the delivery receipt, purchase order, or stock list
• Verify quantity, product condition, and expiration dates
• Properly arrange products according to product type, category, and expiration date
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices when storing and releasing stocks
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from unnecessary items
• Assist in regular physical inventory counting and monitor stock levels
• Prepare stocks requested by branches or the store and pick and pack items accurately
• Maintain accurate receiving, releasing, transfer, and inventory records
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping inside the warehouse

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, retail, grocery, restaurant, or food-service operations is an advantage
• Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes and stocks
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to follow instructions and standard procedures
• Basic ability to read, write, count, and record inventory information
• Basic computer/Excel knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules when required
