Job summary

Quanta Paper Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics / Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily DC operations in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supervising warehouse staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, leading safety initiatives (5S, Good Warehouse Practices), and delivering operational reports to drive performance and collaboration

Qualifications

Job Summary

Oversees the daily operations of the distribution center to ensure products are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time. The role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse personnel, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company safety and operational standards. The supervisor also monitors warehouse performance, resolves operational issues, and works closely with sales and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

Work Experience

At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
