Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation in Canlubang, Laguna, is hiring a Site Logistics Associate to oversee inbound and outbound warehousing operations and ensure accurate inventory and compliance with handling guidelines. You will verify material issuances, coordinate with distribution centers, and lead warehouse activities while maintaining meticulous records.

A bachelor's degree and at least one year warehousing experience, plus SAP ERP knowledge, are required.

Qualifications

A graduate of Bachelors Degree in any 4-year course.
With at least one (1)-year relevant Inbound and Outbound Warehousing experience in any industry.
Knowledgeable with SAP or any ERP Software.
Knowledgeable with MHE operations is an advantage.
Must have attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
Must be amenable to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

Checking the startups pre- and post-operational accomplishments and requirements.
Examining and updating the transactions of all transfer receipts and prescribing receiving handling and storage guidelines for finished goods from manufacturing.
Verifying and checking all issuances of materials and supplies for production and distribution.
Providing an accurate inventory count of items daily and coordinating with the InventoryController in analyzing inventory discrepancies.
Controlling and leading the receiving and activity issuance of warehouses in handling specific products by daily checking of monitoring forms and other documents.
Coordinating with other counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses for production codes and/or consumption codes of products to be shipped for verification acceptance.
