Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, supply chain management or Operations Management
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or logistics
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Understanding of FIFO and warehouse safety protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Teams)

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory to ensure stock sufficiency
• Perform weekly physical inventory with driver and staff to reconcile stock levels
• Prepare and submit weekly stock reports by Monday morning
• Reconcile monthly inventory records with system data
• Ensure proper FIFO implementation in stock handling
• Track expiry dates and report near-expiry items
• Prepare monthly reports for items nearing or past expiry
• Coordinate replenishments based on delivery receipts
• Maintain detailed stock movement records
• Prepare reimbursement reports for delivery-related expenses
• Submit utility bills promptly to supervisor
• File and organize delivery documents
• Assist in permits for deliveries and warehouse operations
• Execute product replenishment to fulfill orders
• Communicate delivery updates to customers
