Job summary

Omerta Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely replenishment at Matina Town Square, Davao City.

You will conduct regular stock counts, monitor quantities and locations, coordinate with suppliers for delivery, and encode RR, DR, and PR as part of daily operations. The role requires basic Excel skills and attention to detail, with chances to grow in warehouse management.

Qualifications

• At least college level
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Basic knowledge in excel and spreadsheet

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, including quantities, locations, and stock movement
• Regularly conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between actual stock and recorded stock
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages
• Maintain organized and efficient storage of inventory items, ensuring proper labeling and categorization
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods
• Check new products, negotiate for volume discounts and credit terms
• Encode RR, DR, and PR
