Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year related course.
• With 5 years experience in Warehouse but with supervisory experience is REQUIRED
• Can handle people and work under pressure
• Computer literate
• Good analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Receives instruction from Manager/ Korean adviser
• Overseeing CIC, JIT Call off and Oracle clerk activities
• Responsible for monitoring Inventory.
• Assisting/ replacing CIC/ JIT Call officer during his/ her absence
• Monitor daily excess incoming parts based on requirements
• Assist escalating of material issue / critical parts to concerned personnel
• Assist Follow up of critical parts to SE buyer
• Assist Follow up delivery from JIT vendors
• Analyze excess and non moving materials for possible RTS or RTV and for transfer to other facilities
• Prepare projected inventory
• Updating weekly/ monthly KPI
• Assist on the investigation for any possible discrepancy
