Job summary

ALIN CARGO EXPRESS CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a logistics support staff based in Parañaque to assist dispatch, sorting, planning and delivery monitoring. The role focuses on ensuring parcels are handled properly and reports are generated for damaged cargo.

You will support drivers and helpers, maintain accurate delivery manifests and respond to customer inquiries promptly, contributing to efficient operations at the Parañaque branch.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch boxes according to assigned vehicle and destination.
• Support in the sorting, planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of delivery.
• Make certain that all outgoing and incoming boxes are undamaged.
• Make certain reports for any damaged cargo and send pictures and videos to the origin branches.
• Make certain that all calls, chats, or texts from customers are responded to within the appropriate time in a polite manner
• Fill up updated information in Google sheet, when necessary.
• Create a manifest for delivery of parcels.
• Provide support to drivers and helpers regarding delivery issues and concerns.
• Responsible for providing accurate reports and feedback to enable decision-making beneficial to the company.
