Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Custodian for the Tunasan, Muntinlupa site. You will maintain accurate inventory, handle products safely, and ensure compliance with warehouse standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a bachelor-level education preferred, and the ability to work independently or in a team. You’ll perform cycle counts, organize stock, and assist in packing and dispatch while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective warehouse management by maintaining accurate inventory, proper product handling, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse following 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.
• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory; manage stock organization and dispatch.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while adhering to policies.
