Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional to ensure accurate inventory, safe product handling, and organized warehousing.

You will verify delivery accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate stock packing and dispatch while supporting company events and cross-functional initiatives. Ideal candidates have experience in warehouse or logistics, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ensure effective warehouse management by maintaining accurate inventory, proper product handling, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse in line with 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.
• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory, manage stock organization, and oversee product packaging and dispatch.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Effective communicator, adaptable, works independently or in a team, and performs well under pressure.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong data analysis ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
