Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar environment preferred.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills: effective communicator, adaptable, can work independently or in a team, performs under pressure.
• Analytical and technical skills: strong data analysis ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective warehouse management by maintaining accurate inventory, proper product handling, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse in line with 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.
• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory, manage stock organization, and oversee product packaging and dispatch.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while adhering to company policies and procedures.
