Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Lead with scheduled physical counts.
• Receive materials; verify quantity, item, and description against documents.
• Enter item data into inventory system (GRN).
• Process paperwork for incoming/outgoing materials.
• Issue raw materials to production and assemble parts.
• Transact material receipts and issuances; back up issuances.
• Kitting of parts and check material availability.
• Cut raw materials to defined sizes per drawings.
• Package parts and kits per packaging requirements; document condition.
• Assign bin locations for incoming materials.
• Assign shipment IDs for outgoing orders per Planning team.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental protection measures.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides support to Warehouse Lead / Supervisor in assisting physical counting as per defined schedule.
2. Receives incoming materials, ensures correct quantity, item, description, against shipping documents (i.e. delivery receipt, invoice, packing list). Creates Discrepancy Report thru Quality Issue on items encountered with discrepancies.
3. Responsible for data entry of each item received on the inventory system (GRN).
4. Processes paper works for incoming and outgoing materials.
5. Issues raw materials needed by production and assembly.
6. Transacts material receipts and issuances & back up material issuances to system.
7. Performs kitting of parts & checks availability of materials.
8. Performs cutting of raw materials to its correct cut size or as defined in the drawing provided.
9. Performs packaging of parts, assembled parts and kits as per defined packaging requirements. Provides proof of packaging condition (i.e. pictures) as required.
10. Performs assignment of bin location for incoming materials.
11. Performs assignment of shipment ID for outgoing sales orders, transfer orders per shipment request defined by the Planning team.
12. Responsible in ensuring that appropriate measures are in place which have a direct impact to the Health and Safety of the employees and protection of the environment.
13. Demonstrates integrity in its business dealings with people and organizations and should operate consistently to its corporate highest ethical standards.
14. Performs other duties as may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
• College graduate or technical course with equivalent experience
• Expérience:
• Two (2) years of experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Skill/ Technical Requirements:
• Knowledge of basic Math and English
• Basic analytical skills
• Familiar with personal computers and computerized inventory systems
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
