Job summary

Sumitronics Phils., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to monitor and coordinate all incoming and outgoing transactions (parts/FGs) and to work on a shifting schedule.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to coordinate with third-party warehouses, ensure document tallies with dispatch records, and maintain daily WMS updates while supporting other logistics tasks.

Qualifications

• A degree obtained from a 4-year course or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule; able to adapt to shift rotations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate all incoming/outgoing warehouse transactions (parts/FGs).
• Coordinate with the third-party warehouse ASV or Team Leader on related warehouse transactions.
• Ensure documents tally with dispatching documents before subcontract transfer.
• Ensure WMS system transactions are updated and confirmed daily.
• Check and validate the condition of Incoming/Outgoing transactions and abnormalities reported by 3rd-party warehouse personnel.
• Cascade critical information to Logistics/EMS/Warehouse/Subcon via text and e-mail to all concerned departments.
• Report abnormalities in delivery and warehouse to the superior immediately.
• Perform any related tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:

• Responsible for monitoring and coordinating all incoming/outgoing transactions (parts/FGs).
• Coordinate with the third-party warehouse ASV or Team Leader on all related warehouse transactions.
• Ensures that all documents are tallied based on the dispatching documents before subcon transfer.
• Ensures that all WMS system transactions are updated and confirmed daily.
• Checks and validates the actual condition of Incoming/Outgoing transactions and abnormalities reported by the 3rd-party warehouse personnel.
• Cascade to all concerned department/section (Logistics/EMS/Warehouse/Subcon) with all the critical information related to operations through text message and e-mail.
• Report immediately to superior any abnormalities encountered in delivery and in the warehouse.
• To perform any related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
