MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC is recruiting a Warehouse Clerk for Time Movers in Mandaluyong City. This full-time role supports receiving, storage, and order fulfilment within our warehousing and distribution operations.

You will handle shipments, inventory checks, labeling, packing, and use of warehouse management systems. The position requires accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and basic computer tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
• Able to lift and carry items; physically active in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines; good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying contents against delivery documentation and recording details into the warehouse management system.
• Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
• Organising and storing goods in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage methods and equipment.
• Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are current and correct.
• Labelling, tagging and tracking products throughout the warehouse to facilitate efficient retrieval and dispatch.
• Preparing goods for shipment, including wrapping, boxing and arranging items for courier collection.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and scanning devices safely and responsibly.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and safety standards throughout the warehouse facility.
• Assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory audits as required.
• Communicating with team members and supervisors to coordinate warehouse activities and resolve any operational issues.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar logistics environment
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in picking, packing and record-keeping tasks
• Ability to lift and carry items regularly, with physical stamina to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with capability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and willingness to maintain workplace safety standards
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
• Experience with inventory management systems and cycle counting is advantageous
