• Oversee end-to-end management of warehouse claims (damage, loss, shortages, overages, contamination, mishandling) across operations.
• Ensure claims are properly investigated, documented, resolved, and recovered within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Finance, Legal, Insurance Providers and clients to determine accountability and prevent recurrence.
• Drive process improvements to minimize financial exposure and recurrence of incidents.

Job description

The Warehouse Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of claims arising from warehouse operations, including product damage, inventory loss, shortages, overages, contamination, mishandling, and service-related incidents.

The role ensures that all claims are properly investigated, documented, resolved, and recovered within agreed timelines. It works closely with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Transport, Finance, Quality Assurance, Legal, Insurance Providers, Clients, and Third-Party Service Providers to determine accountability, minimize financial exposure, and prevent the recurrence of operational incidents.
