Job summary

Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support stock loading/unloading, inventory control, and yard maintenance in Manila. The role requires basic education, at least 1 year of experience, and a willingness to work in a warehouse environment with OT as needed.

The incumbent will help ensure accurate issuing and receiving of stocks, keep equipment functional, and assist in scrap disposal and WIP recovery processes, contributing to safe and orderly operations.

Qualifications

• Must have college undergraduate or SHS graduate level education.
• At least 1 year of working experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of delivery and inventory practices is required.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and render OT when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading of stocks.
• Assist scrap disposal preparations.
• Ensure accuracy of issuing and receiving stocks.
• Ensure operating materials and lifting equipment are complete and functional.
• Report discrepancies, damages or losses if any.
• Report daily productivity output.
• Ensure safety handling and storage of stocks.
• Assist in keeping yard premises clean.
• Sort defective items for WIP in recovery area.
