Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. advertises a warehouse associate role for an EMS company at Tai Seng.

Responsibilities include inbound receiving, inspection, put-away, order picking, outbound coordination (local and international), supervision of packers, and accurate data entry for inventory records.

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'N' Level
• Preferably with relevant working experience
• Possess forklift license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Inbound receiving activities, verify shipments against delivery documents.
• Inspect shipment components for accuracy, completeness and quality.
• Put-away received goods into designated warehouse locations.
• Order picking based on customer requirements and production schedules.
• Coordinate outbound shipments for local and international deliveries.
• Supervise external packers to meet packing requirements and schedules.
• Data entry for inbound inventory transactions and maintain records.
• Support general warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
