Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the Warehouse Custodian in daily operations. The role covers receiving delivered products, inventory accounting, maintaining stock levels, and implementing good warehousing practices.

It also assists the Invoicing Clerk in fulfilling dealer orders at OTC branches by releasing stock. Key duties include stock releasing, picking, packing, and ensuring accuracy against invoices, along with maintaining branch

Responsibilities

• Stock Releasing
• Performs picking, packing, and releasing of stocks.
• Ensures accuracy of released stocks versus processed orders indicated in the invoice.
• Branch and Warehouse Maintenance
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the branch and warehouse.
• Assists in organizing products in the warehouse following FIFO or FEFO standards.
• Monitors proper warehouse ventilation and maintains temperature and humidity levels.
• Implements security guidelines in the warehouse and store area.
• Secures the warehouse key and restricts unauthorized persons.
• Ensures proper storage and stacking of stocks.
• Maintains branch cleanliness or orderliness.
• Checking and Receiving of Deliveries; assists in receiving and verification of delivered stocks.
• Inspects received stocks for damage or breakage.
• Ensures accurate documentation and efficient filing of received documents.
• Inventory Management including Daily Cycle Count
• Prepares warehouse for incoming deliveries and analyzes inventory levels with Dreams Fulfillment Officer for stock requests.
• Helps organize stocks in the supermarket per planogram, including booster or promo displays.
• Assists in preparation, packaging, releasing, and delivery of outgoing deliveries to dealers.
• Observes friendly, respectful, and professional behavior towards dealers.
• Assists dealers with bulk orders in bringing out stocks to their mode of transport.
• Performs other branch operations tasks as needed.

Job description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting the Warehouse Custodian in the overall warehouse operations and management, including the receiving of products delivered to the branch, accounting for the stock inventory, managing the inventory levels of goods, and implementing good warehousing practices. The Warehouse Assistant also helps the Invoicing Clerk in fulfilling dealer orders in over-the-counter (OTC) branch formats through stock releasing.

• Stock Releasing

• Performs picking, packing, and releasing of stocks.
• Ensures accuracy of released stocks versus processed orders indicated in the invoice.
• Branch and Warehouse Maintenance
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the branch and warehouse.
• Assists in organizing products in the warehouse following the First In First Out (FIFO) or First Expiry First Out (FEFO) standards to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse.
• Assists in monitoring proper warehouse ventilation and ensures required temperature and humidity levels are maintained.
• Assists in the Implementation of security guidelines in the warehouse and store area.
• Assists in securing the key to the warehouse and restricts unauthorized persons.
• Assists in ensuring proper storage and stacking of stocks.
• Maintains branch cleanliness or orderliness.

• Assists in the receiving and verification of delivered stocks as against delivery Stock Transfer Report (STR).
• Assists in the inspection of received stocks for damage or breakage.

• Assists in performing Daily Cycle Count of the stocks
• Assists in the preparation of the warehouse for incoming deliveries, ensuring adequate space is available to accommodate the incoming stocks.
• Together with the Warehouse Custodian, analyzes inventory levels and determines additional stock requests based on sales demand and confirmed bulk orders by the Dreams Fulfillment Officer.
• Assists in organizing stocks in the supermarket according to the approved planogram,including booster or promo displays.
• Assists in the preparation, packaging, releasing, and delivery of outgoing deliveries to the dealers.
